MannaBrew Bialetti Iced Latte

Ingredients

  • 16g MannaBrew (for a 3-cup Bialetti)
  • Filtered water (to Bialetti valve level)
  • 1–2 tsp raw honey (adjust to taste)
  • 150–200ml cold milk (full cream, almond, oat,
    etc.)
  • Ice cubes
  • Tall glass (300–400ml)

Instructions

Step 1

Fill bottom chamber with filtered water up to the
valve.

Add 16g MannaBrew to the basket (do not tamp —
level it gently).

Assemble and place on
medium heat.

Remove just as it
begins to gurgle (don’t over-extract).

Stir the brewed
MannaBrew in the top chamber to balance flavor.

This should give you
~120–150ml concentrated brew.

 

Step 2

Immediately stir in 1–2 tsp raw honey while the brew is still hot.

This enhances the natural caramel and vanilla undertones.

Optional: Add a pinch of sea salt to amplify sweetness naturally.

 

Step 3

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

Pour in cold milk (about ¾ full).

Slowly pour your
honey-MannaBrew mixture over the top.

Watch the beautiful
swirl form.

Stir gently before
drinking.
