MannaBrew Plant-Based Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 frozen bananas

1 tsp MannaBrew (or 30ml strong brew, cooled)

1 tbsp raw cacao

2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter

50–100ml oat milk (adjust for texture)

Optional: 1–2 dates or honey

Instructions

Add frozen bananas to blender

Add MannaBrew + cacao + nut butter

Blend slowly, adding oat milk as needed

Blend until thick and creamy

Serve immediately (soft serve) OR freeze 1–2 hours
