Macadamia Nut Butter Bulletproof Mannabrew

Macadamia Nut Butter Bulletproof Mannabrew
For 15 years, I was a 2 cups of coffee a day person! I made mocha coffee every morning and sought our pure coffee beans. Since 2013 I'd been drinking it as Bulletproof coffee - with a few personal variations. I loved it.

In January, I decided to give up coffee. I used Green Tea initially, and then remembered that I'd tried Mannabrew from gram, and decided to try it again. Loved it, and bought my first 1kg (about to order my next one!).

As I mentioned, Bulletproof coffee has been a massive part of my life for many years, assisting in my intermittent fasting lifestyle, with sports performance and as a breakfast replacement. I'd switched away from butter during last year, and replaced it with macadamia nut butter. As I moved off of coffee, I decided to just substitute the coffee for Mannabrew. And I've created my perfect replacement - and it's even better. I thought to share the recipe with you!

Macadamia Nut Butter Bulletproof Mannabrew Recipe
  • 1 cup black Mannabrew (I brew with areopress or mochapot)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (I use Crede organic virgin)
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia nut butter (I use Buttanutt)
  • Blend for 30 seconds with a handled blender

This super creamy and nutty hot drink is my new daily ritual! Pic attached.
