Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons MannaBrew grounds
  • 250 ml (1 cup) filtered water
  • 150 ml ( cup) milk of choice (e.g., oat milk, almond milk, or full cream dairy milk)
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or ground cardamom for warmth
  • Optional: collagen powder or calcium-fortified milk for an extra nutritional boost

 

Instructions:

  1. Brew the MannaBrew:
    Add MannaBrew grounds to a French press or stovetop pot. Pour in the hot (not boiling) water and let it steep for 8–10 minutes. Press or strain.
  2. Heat the milk:
    In a small saucepan, gently warm your milk over low heat. Stir in the honey and vanilla until well combined. Do not boil.
  3. Combine:

How to Brew MannaBrew

Put 1 level scoop of MannaBrew (8 grams) into the portafilter, spread grounds evenly, and extract 30ml espresso as normal. (Not recommended for bean to cup machines).

Fill basket halfway with MannaBrew, place on medium-high heat, and allow to percolate.

Use 1 level scoop of MannaBrew (8 grams) per 250ml cup of water. Stir through gently. Allow to brew for 4 minutes before plunging.
