Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons MannaBrew grounds
  • 250 ml (1 cup) filtered water
  • 150 ml ( cup) milk of choice (e.g., oat milk, almond milk, or full cream dairy milk)
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or ground cardamom for warmth
  • Optional: collagen powder or calcium-fortified milk for an extra nutritional boost

Add MannaBrew grounds to a French press or stovetop pot. Pour in the hot (not boiling) water and let it steep for 8–10 minutes. Press or strain.
  2. Heat the milk:
In a small saucepan, gently warm your milk over low heat. Stir in the honey and vanilla until well combined. Do not boil.
  3. Combine:
Pour the brewed MannaBrew into a mug. Top with the warmed milk mixture.
  4. Add a finishing touch:
Sprinkle with cinnamon or cardamom, and enjoy warm.
