MannaBrew Performance Recovery Smoothie

A post-workout recovery smoothie supporting muscle repair, hydration, gut health, and steady energy.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup brewed MannaBrew (cooled)
- 1 frozen banana (carbs + potassium for recovery)
- 1 tbsp nut butter (healthy fats + protein)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
- 1 scoop plant-based or whey protein (optional for extra protein)
- ½ tsp cinnamon (anti-inflammatory)
- Pinch of sea salt (electrolyte replenishment)
- Ice cubes (optional, for texture)
- Optional: 1 tsp raw honey for added natural sweetness
Instructions:
Brew MannaBrew and let it cool (or brew the night before and chill in the fridge).
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
Pour into your shaker bottle or glass and enjoy immediately post-training for optimal recovery.
