Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon MannaBrew grounds
  • 1 cup hot water
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (adjust for sweetness)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional, for warmth)
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional, for extra richness)

Instructions

Brew the MannaBrew

  1. Add MannaBrew grounds to a French press or Mocha Pot.
  2. Pour 1 cup of hot water over the grounds and steep for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Pour the brew into a mug.

Prepare the Chocolate Base

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and optional chocolate chips.
  2. Heat on low, whisking continuously, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Combine

  1. Pour the brewed MannaBrew into the saucepan with the chocolate mixture. Stir well to combine.

Blend (Optional)

  1. For an extra frothy mocha, pour the mixture into a blender and blend on high for 15-20 seconds.

Serve

  1. Pour your MannaBrew Mocha into a mug.
  2. Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, cinnamon, or a drizzle of melted chocolate.
