MannaBrew Mocha

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon MannaBrew grounds
- 1 cup hot water
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (adjust for sweetness)
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional, for warmth)
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional, for extra richness)
Instructions
Brew the MannaBrew
- Add MannaBrew grounds to a French press or Mocha Pot.
- Pour 1 cup of hot water over the grounds and steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the brew into a mug.
Prepare the Chocolate Base
- In a small saucepan, combine the almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and optional chocolate chips.
- Heat on low, whisking continuously, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Combine
- Pour the brewed MannaBrew into the saucepan with the chocolate mixture. Stir well to combine.
Blend (Optional)
- For an extra frothy mocha, pour the mixture into a blender and blend on high for 15-20 seconds.
Serve
- Pour your MannaBrew Mocha into a mug.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, cinnamon, or a drizzle of melted chocolate.
