MannaBrew Frozen Yogurt Recipe

MannaBrew Frozen Yogurt Recipe

This creamy and slightly nutty frozen yogurt highlights the unique flavor of MannaBrew, made from mesquite seed pods.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or any plain yogurt of choice)
  • 1/2 cup MannaBrew
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for desired sweetness)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole milk or plant-based milk (optional for a smoother texture)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, MannaBrew, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Taste and Adjust:
Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or MannaBrew concentration to your preference.
  3. Chill:
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for 1–2 hours to ensure it's well-chilled before freezing.
  4. Churn:
Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions (usually 20–30 minutes).
  5. Freeze to Set:
Transfer the churned frozen yogurt to an airtight container and freeze for an additional 2–3 hours to firm up.
  6. Serve:
Scoop into bowls or cones, top with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!

No Ice Cream Maker?

Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer. Stir every 30 minutes for about 2–3 hours to break up ice crystals, then freeze until firm.

This recipe is versatile, and the earthy, slightly caramel-like flavor of MannaBrew pairs beautifully with a wide range of mix-ins and toppings!
