MannaBrew + Mesquite Super Smoothie

Ingredients
•    200ml chilled strong MannaBrew (or cold brew)
•    1 tbsp mesquite powder
•    1 frozen banana
•    150–200ml oat milk (adjust for thickness)
•    1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
•    1 tsp honey or date syrup (optional)
•    1 tbsp cacao powder (optional but delicious)
•    Ice cubes (optional)
Optional boosts
•    1 tbsp chia seeds or flax for sustained energy
•    1 scoop protein powder for post-workout recovery
•    Pinch of cinnamon for flavour + blood sugar balance

Method
1.    Brew MannaBrew and chill (or use cold brew).
2.    Add all ingredients to a blender.
3.    Blend until smooth — adjust with milk for creamier or ice for thicker.
4.    Pour and enjoy cold.
