MannaBrew Festive Panna Cotta
A sophisticated dessert with your signature flavour.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup strong MannaBrew
• 1 cup cream
• 1 cup full-cream yogurt
• 2–3 tbsp xylitol/sugar
• 2 tsp gelatin
• 1 tsp vanilla
Method:
1. Bloom gelatin in 2 tbsp cold water.
2. Heat cream + sweetener + brewed MannaBrew.
3. Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
4. Add yogurt & vanilla.
5. Pour into ramekins, chill 4 hours.
6. Serve with berries or shaved chocolate.
