Coconut Milk MannaBrew Summer Shake

Ingredients (1 large shake)

  • 2–3 tsp MannaBrew (brewed strong and cooled)
  • 1 cup chilled coconut milk (light or full cream depending on preference)
  • ½ cup ice (or frozen coconut milk cubes for extra creaminess)
  • 1 small frozen banana (for natural sweetness + thickness)
  • 1 tsp honey, maple syrup, or date syrup (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Method

  1. Brew MannaBrew strong using 2–3 tsp in a small amount of hot water. Let it cool fully.
  2. Add to a blender:
    • cooled MannaBrew
    • coconut milk
    • frozen banana
    • ice
    • vanilla, and sweetener (if using).
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a chilled glass.
  5. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or toasted coconut flakes.
