MannaBrew Banana Nice Cream

A creamy, dairy-free treat with the rich, roasted flavor of MannaBrew mesquite pods.


Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 2 tsp MannaBrew powder (or more for a stronger flavor)
  • ¼ cup coconut milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare Bananas: Slice the bananas and freeze them for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Blend: Add the frozen banana slices, MannaBrew powder, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and almond butter (if using) to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  3. Process: Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed. Add more coconut milk if necessary for a smoother texture.
  4. Taste Adjust: Add maple syrup or cinnamon if you want extra sweetness or warmth. Blend again.
  5. Serve: Enjoy immediately as soft-serve or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer, scoopable texture.
  6. Garnish: Top with cacao nibs, crushed nuts, coconut flakes, or a sprinkle of MannaBrew powder for extra flavor.
