Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons MannaBrew grounds
  • 1 cup hot water
  • ½ cup plant-based milk (oat or almond work well)
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder (for natural mood-boosting antioxidants)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or MCT oil (for brain fuel and sustained energy)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (for blood sugar support and warmth)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for flavor depth)
  • 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or raw honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • Pinch of sea salt (to enhance all the flavors)

 

Instructions:

  1. Brew the MannaBrew:
    Add MannaBrew grounds to a French press or pour-over filter. Pour in 1 cup of hot water and steep for 5–7 minutes. Press or strain and pour into a blender.
  2. Blend the Elixir:
    Add the brewed MannaBrew, plant-based milk, raw cacao powder, coconut or MCT oil, cinnamon, vanilla, sweetener (if using), and sea salt to a blender. Blend on high for 20–30 seconds until creamy and frothy.
  3. Serve and Enjoy:

How to Brew MannaBrew

Espresso
Put 1 level scoop of MannaBrew (8 grams) into the portafilter, spread grounds evenly, and extract 30ml espresso as normal. (Not recommended for bean to cup machines).

Fill basket halfway with MannaBrew, place on medium-high heat, and allow to percolate.

French Press
Use 1 level scoop of MannaBrew (8 grams) per 250ml cup of water. Stir through gently. Allow to brew for 4 minutes before plunging.

Use 1 level scoop of MannaBrew (8 grams) per 250ml cup of water.

Fill portafilter basket halfway, tamp down lightly, and extract espresso as normal. (Not for use in automatic machines).
