Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons MannaBrew grounds
- 1 cup hot water
- ½ cup plant-based milk (oat or almond work well)
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder (for natural mood-boosting antioxidants)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or MCT oil (for brain fuel and sustained energy)
