Creamy MannaBrew Latte

Warm, comforting, and completely caffeine-free

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons MannaBrew grounds
  • ½ cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, or coconut)
  • 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for warmth)
  • Dash of vanilla extract (optional, for flavour depth)

 

Instructions:

  1. Brew the MannaBrew:
    • In a French press, moka pot, or small saucepan, combine water and MannaBrew grounds.
    • Let it steep or simmer gently for 10–15 minutes, then strain to remove the grounds.
  1. Heat the Milk:
    • In a small saucepan or milk frother, heat the milk until steaming (but not boiling).
    • Froth using a frother, whisk, or blender for a creamy texture.
  1. Assemble the Latte:
    • Pour the hot MannaBrew into your favorite mug.
    • Stir in sweetener, cinnamon, and vanilla if using.
    • Top with frothed milk and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top if desired.
