Cinnamon Sugar Foam MannaBrew

Base: MannaBrew

Ingredients

8 g MannaBrew

250 ml hot water (85–95°C)

Optional: 30–50 ml warm milk or plant milk (almond, macadamia, oat barista)

Method

Brew MannaBrew as usual (don’t over-dose—keeps bitterness away).

Add milk if you want a latte-style body.

Set aside while you prepare the foam.

Cinnamon “Sugar” Foam (Low-GI)

Ingredients

100 ml full-cream milk or barista almond/oat milk

½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon (important: gentler & blood-sugar friendly)

½–1 tsp coconut sugar or monk fruit (preferred for ultra-low GI)

Optional:

¼ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt (enhances sweetness)

Method

Warm the milk slightly (do not boil).

Add cinnamon, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.

Froth using:

Milk frother (best), or

Stick blender, or

Shake hard in a sealed jar for 20–30 seconds.

Spoon the thick foam gently onto your MannaBrew.
