Iced Vanilla–Cinnamon MannaBrew Latte (Low-GI, Caffeine-Free)

Ingredients (1 serving)

  1. 1 cup (250 ml) hot water
  2. 8 g MannaBrew (do not increase – stronger makes it bitter)
  3. ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk for creaminess)
  4. ½ tsp vanilla extract
  5. ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  6. 1–2 tsp erythritol, monk fruit, or raw honey (optional, to taste)
  7. Ice cubes

Optional: pinch of sea salt (enhances caramel notes)

Method

Brew the base
Brew MannaBrew with 8 g per 250 ml hot water.
Let it steep for 5–7 minutes, then strain if needed.

Cool it down
Allow to cool to room temperature (or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes).

Build the drink
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour in the cooled MannaBrew.

Add flavour & creaminess
Add almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, sweetener (if using), and a tiny pinch of salt.

Stir or shake
Stir well, or shake in a jar for a light foam.
