Vanilla Cold Foam MannaBrew

Ingredients

For the drink base:

1 oz (30g) Vanilla Syrup
3 oz (90 ml) Milk (dairy, oat, almond, etc.)
Single Strong MannaBrew Shot (made with 1 level scoop / 8g — see brewing below)

For the Vanilla Cold Foam:

2 tbsp Whipping Cream (or heavy cream)
2 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp Vanilla Syrup

Instructions

Brewing the Strong MannaBrew Shot

To get a rich, concentrated flavor similar to a double espresso shot using just one scoop:
Best methods:

Espresso machine: Put 1 level scoop (8g) in the portafilter. Pull a short, strong shot (~30–40ml).


Moka pot: Use 1 scoop in the basket and brew normally (it will produce a nice strong concentrate).

Pour 60–70ml hot water (not boiling, ~93°C).
Stir and steep for 4–5 minutes, then press/strain. This gives you a rich concentrate.

Assembly

1. Add the vanilla syrup to the bottom of your glass.
2. Pour in the milk.
3. Slowly pour the hot strong MannaBrew shot over the back of a spoon or down the side of the glass to create those beautiful layered/swirled effects.
4. Gently spoon or pour the Vanilla Cold Foam on top.
