No-Churn MannaBrew Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 shot of MannaBrew espresso
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Brew a cup of MannaBrew espresso
- Whip the Cream: In a large mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer until stiff peaks form. This should take about 3–4 minutes on medium-high speed.
- Combine Sweetened Condensed Milk and MannaBrew: In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, MannaBrew and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the Whipped Cream: Gently fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream too much. Fold until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
- Transfer to a Freezer-Safe Container: Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap.
- Freeze: Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or overnight, until the ice cream is firm and scoopable.
