MannaBrew Flavoured Milk Recipe

Tastes like: A creamy, subtly sweet mesquite latte with nutty undertones

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons MannaBrew (ground)
  • 400 ml milk of choice (dairy, oat, almond, or coconut work great)
  • 200 ml water
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon or vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt (enhances flavor)


Instructions:

1. Brew the MannaBrew Concentrate:

  • In a small pot, combine 2 tablespoons of MannaBrew with 200 ml of water.
  • Bring to a gentle simmer and steep for 5–7 minutes.
  • Strain using a fine mesh sieve, French press, or coffee filter.


2. Heat and Flavor the Milk:

  • In a separate pot, warm the milk over medium heat.
  • Stir in your sweetener, cinnamon or vanilla (if using), and a pinch of salt.


3. Combine and Whisk:

  • Add the brewed MannaBrew concentrate to the milk and stir well.
  • Optional: Froth using a milk frother or whisk vigorously for a creamy texture.


4. Serve:

  • Pour into mugs or glasses.
  • For an iced version, let it cool and serve over ice.
